Massachusetts Democratic Party Summer Internship:
This summer, the Massachusetts Democratic Party is seeking passionate and dedicated interns interested in learning about the Massachusetts political process on a statewide level.
This past election we proved how key grassroots organizing is to winning elections, and this internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain an understanding of how the Democratic Party works with elected officials and Democrats in all types of offices and positions across Massachusetts.
We are seeking interns interested in learning about political outreach, communications, fieldwork, and fundraising. Our staff encourages interns to take leading roles in many ongoing projects, and in addition to working hard to help elect a Democrat in the upcoming Special Senate election on June 25th, we will also be preparing for our Platform Convention in July.
It is an excellent place to get your foot in the door of Massachusetts’s politics.
We are asking for between 15 and 20 hours a week minimum. Please send a resume and cover letter that expresses why you are interested in working for the Massachusetts Democratic Party to Natalie Boyle, at nboyle@massdems.org. The deadline to apply is April 19th, but we will be interviewing and accepting positions on a rolling basis.
For more information, please contact Natalie Boyle.
