An Invitation to Exhibit

The Massachusetts Democratic Convention, the largest political convention in New England, is scheduled Saturday, May 14 th at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell. We invite you to be an exhibitor at this exciting event. Approximately 3,000 delegates, alternates, elected officials, party activists, and guests will attend this year’s convention

The exhibit area is conveniently located near the delegate seating area. We are offering both exhibit tables and booths. The rental and assignment of these spaces is on a first come, first serve basis. Assignment of the spaces is conditioned upon receipt of the completed reservation form, the signed exhibit space terms and conditions agreement and full payment of the rental space fee. We reserve the right to make changes to space assignments. Prices are as follows:

Political Committees and Not for Profit Organizations:

$200 Exhibit table Includes one 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs

$450 Booth Includes 12’ x 8’ space, 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, 1 skirted table and 2 chairs

For Profit Organizations and Companies:

$300 Exhibit table Includes one 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs

$550 Booth Includes 12’ x 8’ space, 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, 1 skirted table and 2 chairs

If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2005 convention, please complete and sign the enclosed space reservation form noting the terms and conditions agreement.

If you are interested in having a phone line and/or electrical service at your table or booth, please fill out the appropriate enclosed form.
