Registration and Credentials

Delegates who have paid in advance of the May 19th convention will receive their credentials in the mail. If you
have not paid in advance, by April 30th, you will need to register at the Mullins Center at UMass on Saturday,
May 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Deadline for payment in advance is Monday, April 30, 2007.
If you have not paid in advance of the Convention, registration at the door will be $100 for Delegates and
Alternates. The fee will be $75 for full-time students, senior citizens (65 years and older) and persons with
disabilities who have not paid their fee in advance.

* All Delegates, Alternates and Participants with credentials will enter at the Front Entrance Doors of the
Mullins Center.
*Guests credentials will be available for a fee of $50 to any registered Democrat with proof of Party registration
at the box office entrance doors.
* There will be shuttle buses to transport Delegates, Alternates and Participants to the Lincoln Campus Center
for the afternoon training workshops.
* A boxed lunch will be available for Delegates, Alternates and Participants at a cost of $10.00 during a
lunchtime break at various locations throughout the Mullins Center.

Access for People with Disabilities

The Mullins Center and the Lincoln Campus Center are fully accessible for people with disabilities. Delegates
and Alternates with disabilities are strongly encouraged to contact the State Party at (617) 776-2676 to discuss
their needs prior to the convention. To assist delegates and alternates, we are offering several services during the
Convention.

Handicapped Parking: Parking for delegates with physical challenges will be located behind the Mullins
Center. To access the lot, proceed to the Mullins Center on Commonwealth Avenue and turn left onto Mullins
Way. You will be able to park in the lot and enter through the lower level door. This area will be clearly
marked. Only those vehicles with RMV handicap tag and placards will be allowed to park in this area.
Campus Police will monitor the area.

Hearing Devices: A limited number of hearing enhancement devices will be available for those delegates
needing such devices. A credit card will be needed to sign out the device. The credit card would only be
charged if the device is not returned.

Wheelchairs: A limited number of wheelchairs will be available free of charge to delegates wishing to use
them. The wheelchairs will be available at the lower entrance door to the Mullins Center. A credit card will
be needed to sign out a wheelchair. The card will only be charged if the wheelchair is not returned.
Sing Language Interpreters: Interpreters will be on stage during the opening session of the Convention.
